As the pastry chef of Gabriel Kreuther Restaurant in Bryant Park, Marc Aumont creates sensational seasonal desserts & handcrafted chocolates, rooted in classical French technique that gorgeously complement the exquisite cuisine of chef Gabriel Kreuther.

The two have worked side-by-side for a decade garnering praise from local, national and international press, including Michelin, Relais & Chateaux, N.Y. Times and more. Kreuther and Aumont have fulfilled a life-long goal and furthered their highly revered partnership with the opening of Kreuther Handcrafted Chocolate, an extension of the Gabriel Kreuther Restaurant located next door in Bryant Park. The retail shop serves as a luxurious destination for enjoying the singular experience of selecting and savoring ones favorite confections, complete with Gabriel Kreuther's signature impeccable service. At the shop, the duo & their highly skilled team, unify classic American flavors with French techniques where the concept is simple: only the best quality, the finest craftsmanship, delicious chocolate and select sweet offerings, all in a beautiful package.

The fine work is on full display in a unique on-site workshop where patrons and passersby can watch the chocolatiers in action.

Delicious coffee, teas and a other beverages will be available to go, or to enjoy with a pastry at one of the shops' 15 seats either before or after you peruse the gorgeous selection of handcrafted chocolates.

Kreuther Handcrafted Chocolate is open Monday - Saturday from 12 - 8 pm.
